To make it super yummy – submerge in a big pot of cold water, add a

Then take your bird carcass after taking chicken or turkey off, put in
pot, cover with water, add garlic and onion, boil steady for at least
an hour to make a nice broth. the meat will fall off or you pick the
rest off and put in your broth, take bones out. Now add some noodles,
parsley, sliced carrots and you have a nice chicken noodle soup. Taste
it before adding salt and pepper.
